New 2020 Palomino Puma XLE Lite 29TSSToy Hauler Travel Trailer w/ Private Bed & Bath
Palomino Puma XLE Lite toy hauler 29TSS highlights:
- Private Bedroom
- Walk-Through Bath
- 13' Separate Garage
- U-Shaped Dinette
It will be such a fun time when you take your toys and your family out to the campground in this Puma XLE Lite toy hauler! You will be able to have one family member unloading the 13' separate garage while another uses the second exterior entry door to go in and out of the main living area. Once you have set up camp and positioned the single slide into place, you will finally be able to sit back and relax on the U-shaped dinette or the two sleeper sofas. You can also get dinner together for everyone instead of having to find a restaurant to go to because the full kitchen has a three-burner range and stainless steel microwave.
With the Puma XLE Lite, Palomino has graciously included one year of 24/7 emergency roadside assistance which means that you can travel worry free every time you are on the road. The LED lighting that is located throughout the Puma XLE Lite will keep your eyes and your wallet happy because of the brightness it brings to the trailer and the money it saves you on energy bills. The skylight in the bathroom allows some extra sunshine to add a bit of cheeriness in the morning, and the tinted windows throughout are helpful in preventing fading of precious items inside.
Victor GastonVictor was just as wonderful today as he was when we met him at the RV show. He is very knowledgeable about the rv’s and patient. Allowing us as much time as we needed to look around and answering all our questions. - Robbin from

As demand for the Palomino grew, Mr. Landey felt it would benefit his company, Vanguard Ind., to relocate. With most manufacturers and industry suppliers located in the Elkhart, In. area the move eastward seemed logical. Vanguard Industries settled in the community of Colon in 1972. Once in Colon he began to put his plans in motion. By 1973 he had built the main production facility and within days Palomino tent trailers were rolling out the doors.
In 1976, Vanguard added its own Needle Division, in 1978 its own Metal Fabrication Plant, and has several cold storage facilities. On May 27, 1992, the primary production building and offices were destroyed by fire. By late August, 1992, the first 1993 model Palomino rolled of the line in the new 52,300 sq. ft. facility, which was built on the same site as the previous building had been.
The year 1998 continued to see expansion with the addition of a new 75,000 sq. ft. production facility, and another storage facility. In 2002 Vanguard was purchased by Forest River, Inc. This allowed for rapid growth and the introduction of two new towable lines of travel trailers and fifth wheels, Puma and Sabre by Palomino.
