We purchased a 2013 Raptor from Oklahoma RV, they checked the rv out as we did also. After all was done they replaced items that were not found in our initial viewing of the unit.
I am totally satisfied with their commitment to make the purchase like new as possible with a used unit.

I traveled from the UP of Michigan to Moore,OK and it was 100 percent worth it!!! I was greeted upon arrival and the staff was awesome. I had been looking for a specific travel trailer and was lucky enough to find one in beautiful shape. Diane, Chris,James, Richard and Sean were great to work with and they work as a great team and were able to get everything together to be able to haul my trailer back home in the UP. James and Sean hooked me up with a great hitch that pulled wonderful and I felt very safe! Chris was a wonderful help with all the finances. I didn't get to see much of Diane and Richard but the RV Center was busy and it was great to meet them, very kind. Brought my Mesa Ridge in for warranty service after a 5,000 mile trip. When service was finished and I went to pick up RV Rocky introduced me to J.P. who was the technician that had performed the repair service for me. J. P. spent over an hour with me going over the repairs and during this time we talked about two repairs he didn’t do because there was nothing to repair. Seems like the problem was “operator error” meaning I did not understand how that particular system operated. During all this time he was never impatient with me. He wanted to make sure I understood the things he had fixed and that I understood how to properly operate everything. A very knowledgeable person not to mention a very kind person. Taking into consideration the way I have been treated at other RV Dealer repair shops I can’t say enough about this experience. The same with Rocky. Never a word about “well we’ll have to see if that repair is covered” just no problem we’ll get it fixed. Appreciate this attitude and service more than I can say. No arguments and no hassles. From the time we entered the RV lot, we were greeted by Sarah and Ray. They were so friendly and helpful as we viewed the Lance travel trailer we were interested in. The entire staff was friendly, professional and made us feel special. Sarah was our sales person and Ray continually made contact with us regarding questions about the Lance 1685 of interest and final price. Chris was great to work with explaining the final paperwork. After our purchase was finalized, James discussed with us the functions of the 1685 inside and out. All items were checked to make sure everything on the 1685 was working properly. Oklahoma RV is a class act operation. From the salesperson Victor Gaston to the finance department. Victor is a very knowledgeable person who takes his time to show and explain every aspect of an RV. A very patient individual who showed me at least ten units until I found the unit I purchased. Victor was there through every aspect of the transaction from picking the unit, finance , trade and unit walk through. The complete organization makes you feel at home which provides a homely environment. There is not one thing to complain about--this RV dealership is the BEST. We shopped almost every RV dealer and Oklahoma RV beats the others hands down....Best sales people, no pressure, best RV's, best prices, excellent treatment, fantastic financing, wonderful set up and service people. We picked out the one we wanted, they accepted our offer, set up the RV and let us examine it, fixed every little tiny thing (we nit picked) and they deliver!! My husband and I looked at WAY too many travel trailers, to the point we were so confused. Our salesperson at OKRV Center was so different from the rest we’d talked to!! He had all the info for each unit, but also was willing to share his own preference regarding the many brands they carry. The first time we stopped there, we were looking to replace our current fifthwheel with something of higher quality. Oklahoma RV had 6 Mobile Suites in stock, more than at any dealership we'd visited until that time. We chose the Santa Fe model (which is an amazing trailer by the way!). We didn't purchase the unit on our initial visit, but went home and shopped online to see what other DRV dealers had the same model listed for. Not only was their price better than we could find elsewhere, the trade allowance - we felt - was more than fair, so we took the Santa Fe home the following week! We had them install an Onan generator, and when we arrived to pick up our new DRV, it was "standing tall". Their PDI technician spent hours with us, patiently explaining all the functionality of the Santa Fe, and even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed help later. From the moment we walked into the store until we left, we felt welcome and "not" pressured in any way. Our salesperson Diane Pilgrim was patient with us, and we looked at over a dozen units until we found the one we wanted. The price was great, and they had our Bighorn ready to pick up in only 4 days. Two separate employees went through the time and effort to get me the best price on a replacement part for my toy-hauler and even tried to make the shipping reasonable. I left with the impression of honesty, that they gave a rip about the customer, and did just what their department was supposed to do is serve and support the rigs that they were selling. In fact, they did not even sell my brand, but again went the extra mile to take care of me anyway without strings attached. I believe there must be a thread of character there and plan to do more business with them and likely purchase a new or used rig there in the future. Low pressure sales team! Showed us what we were looking for and explained details of each RV. We purchase a 2018 Lance 2375, this trailer met our criteria and when delivered each feature was presented and explained in detail. Great dealer, sales staff and owner were very pleasant & helpful .
